David Agerba holds a law degree from the University of Neuchâtel and is admitted to the bar. He initially worked as a general practitioner before specializing in tax and corporate law. In this capacity, he also holds an LL.M. in tax law at the University of Geneva.

He has extensive experience in representing clients before all Swiss courts. He also assists clients with corporate restructuring operations, from both a legal and tax standpoint, having worked for a number of law firms as well as for a medium-sized trust company in the Lake Geneva region. He regularly assists entrepreneurs, individuals and local authorities with a wide range of complex mandates, offering tailor-made solutions adapted to the specificities of each case.
