Privacy policy
This site collects as little data as possible. Here is what, why, and what your rights are.

This policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of 25 September 2020, in force since 1 September 2023.
Data collected
Visiting the site. The host records technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept briefly.
Audience measurement. We use cookie-free audience measurement that cannot identify you or follow you across sites. This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
Contact form. The data you enter (name, email, optional telephone, preferred way to be contacted, message) is sent by email to the firm so that we can answer your enquiry. To prevent abuse, the email also carries technical data about the submission: IP address, browser, language, internet provider and approximate location derived from the IP address. This data is not stored on the website.
Recipients and countries
- Cloudflare, Inc., a US company headquartered in San Francisco: hosting, protection against attacks, anti-spam check of the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile), forwarding of the contact form and audience measurement. Cloudflare runs a content delivery network (CDN): the site is copied to many data centres around the world, and each visit is served by the centre closest to the visitor. From Switzerland, this is generally a centre in Switzerland, for example in Zurich or Geneva, although this is not guaranteed. Data may therefore also be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing an adequate level of protection.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365), the firm’s email provider: forwarding of the contact form, receiving and storing emails.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if a mandate follows, for the retention period that applies to lawyers’ files.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, within the limits set by law. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
