Career
Law and tax, handled together
After studying law at the University of Neuchâtel, David Agerba completed his legal traineeship from 2012 to 2015 at a law firm and with the Neuchâtel Public Prosecutor’s Office, and was admitted to the bar in 2015. He then spent several years as an associate at various law firms. Years of hands-on matters, advisory and in court, shaped a precise and rigorous practice.
He then joined a mid-sized fiduciary firm on the Vaud Riviera. As a tax lawyer, he worked for its head office and several subsidiaries, before taking over as director of the Neuchâtel subsidiary. Working alongside fiduciaries and business owners, he saw what a legal decision means for a company’s accounts, its taxes and its future. He added an LL.M. in tax law from the University of Geneva to this experience.
After a period at a law firm in the Lake Geneva region, he founded Étude Agerba in Neuchâtel in November 2024. His approach: handle the legal and tax sides of a matter together, with a single point of contact from start to finish.
